New Wireless Code Allows Canadians to Cancel Their Contract After Two Years | iPhone in Canada Blog

Canadians got a break from their CRTC (Cdn. Radio Telecommunications Commission) which, among other things, reduces contracts to two years and removes any penalty clauses for contract termination after two years.
